When our clients, who were living in Silverleaf in North Scottsdale decided to downsize in Scottsdale and acquire homes in other great locations, it seemed like a natural to move a half mile away to a new condominium with views of the McDowell Mountains. They were coming from a large Tuscan home and eagerly embraced a much cleaner transitional design style.
