Scottsdale Waterfront Remodel
With so many homes in the Valley in need of updating, we are busy taking older structures and designs and giving them new life. This project offered amazing possibilities. Starting with a condominium on the 10th floor of a high-rise on the Canal in Scottsdale which was dark, with broken up spaces, our goal was to take advantage of windows on 2 sides of the building and include multi-functional spaces into one open room.
Our solution to these segmented, dark spaces was to take out walls and turn the kitchen, breakfast area, dining room, and living room into one large space with updated lighting and fabulous 180-degree views.
